2. Acceptance
By accessing softpin.space or downloading, installing or using any SoftPin app or game (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind it.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or use the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian. Where an app offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.
4. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded from. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Services except where law allows; cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized third-party tools; interfere with servers or security; harass others or upload unlawful content; resell or commercially exploit the Services without permission.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Where offered, in-app purchases, virtual items and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Virtual items have no cash value and are licensed, not sold. Refunds, cancellations and subscription management are handled by the relevant store. EU/EEA consumers keep their statutory rights, including withdrawal rights where they apply; by purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately you may lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins, as shown at checkout.
7. Third-party services
The Services may include advertising, analytics or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party terms, content or practices. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to apps obtained from their stores, but are not responsible for support or maintenance of our apps.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, graphics, audio, names and logos, are owned by SoftPin or its licensors and protected by law. Feedback you send us may be used by us without obligation to you.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features or the Services, and may change these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the app; continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
11. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SoftPin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 50 if you paid nothing. Liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury) is not limited.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Courts in Bratislava have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rights to sue or be sued in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
